Returns & Repairs
If your local distributor or Commtest Support has advised you to send your instrument in for repair, it is essential that you contact us prior to shipping to obtain your RMA number.
Once you have received your number, please complete the relevant Return Material Authorization (RMA) form:
TIP: We recommend you upgrade your instrument and software to the latest available versions. Doing so is free and known to resolve issues.

Calibration - North America - SCOUT & vbSeries only
If you are in North America and need to calibrate your SCOUT or vbSeries instrument, you can send it to the GE Bently Nevada facility in Minden, Nevada.
